This year there will be some major changes to how makeup and costumes are done. Please read ALL the information carefully and ask any questions you might have ahead of time.
Without exception, ALL actors should arrive at the theater for their time slot at the time listed. This has been carefully orchestrated to allow time to change at the theater (see costume email for details). Please do not show up early or late as that will put everything behind. If you can’t arrive at your time, please contact Heather Brimhall immediately at 916-616-0651.
All actors must arrive at the theater with base (foundation) and black mascara already on. We will add lipstick, powder and additional makeup as needed per character.
You will have an opportunity to take pictures of your child/children in makeup and costume before the show. However, unless you are a designated adult helping your child/children get into their costumes or are monitoring the green room, we are politely asking you to drop your actor at the door of the gym at their call time and wait until picture time to enter the gymnasium.
Picture time for Parents and Family is between 6:15-6:25 on Friday and 1:15-1:25 on Saturday.
