> Take immediately to set room:
- Chairs, benches, stool, stained glass window unit
- Tree, large table, rolling cart (props go to props team)
> Set aside: manger to return to Little Creek church
> Take apart:
- Stable: remove center piece with star, store in set room
- Large rolling platform: take completely apart (including platform itself), then store in set room
> Strike signs (proscenium, lobby, ramp) and LED case
> Return arm rails to steps in front of stage
Props
Leader: Alexandra Almond (upstairs position)
Helpers: Ellie Kyle, Kellie Giles, Faith Rhea, Alex DiTucci
- Set aside for return: bibles, hymnals, red purse, Susan’s props
- Strike tree ornaments to bin
- Take to props room (in large bin): all other props
- Collect parking bin and signs, anything from booth.
- Prop tables: take to activity room (little kids strike tape).
- Spike tape: remove all tape from stage and throw away
- Allow little kids to help if set is clear.
- Move to green room when done.
Lighting/Sound
Leaders: Susan McCrea and Jennifer Dudley
Helpers: Garret Dudley, Alexander Anderson, Avi DiTucci
- Speaker: unplug in gym, strike to booth.
- Cross: unplug and store in booth.
- Footlights: unattach, bring to front of stage.
- Take apart footlights, store them with cabling in the rolling case.
- Move to costumes when done.
Makeup

- Takedown tables, pack bins, strike to prop/costume room
- Move to costumes when done.
Costumes

- Take all costumes/racks/etc to prop/costume room
Green Room

- Black cloth on Windows: take down, fold, and put back in bins
- Bin: send upstairs
- Chairs: fold and take to activity room
- Move to house cleanup when done.
House

- Clean: trash pickup, sweep aisle and rows
- Send bin of plastic gloves/trash bags upstairs when done.
- Sweep stage when it is clear.
Lobby

- Take signs down from house & store in bin
- Store iPad, projector, and cables in booth.
- Pack seat cushions in bags, store backstage right loft.
- Send black cubes and table upstairs
- Move to house cleanup when done.
